I was refused a refund for the product that provided the opposite of the advertised guaranteed result. I contacted customer service, explained my experience, and requested a refund under the guarantee.
I did not lose any weight, in fact I actually GAINED 2kg and my sleep was not improved at all.
I completed the 30 day course of Night Shred that advertised guaranteed weight loss and improved sleep. Guarantee Refund Refused, False advertising and terrible customer serviceĭo not purchase Innosupps products. The innospresso burn gives me the jolt l need in the morning without the crash like regular coffee and their protein is filling without all the garbage additives in it. I continue to get great sleep with the night shred. Again customer service was very helpful and resent my package at no cost. I had one other issue when l moved, where the package was returned due to forwarding address issues. They also notated the account so DHL wouldn't not be used for delivery. We have had an issue with DHL not delivering my package, however, when l called and emailed Customer service they resent the package using fedex. I have had no issues with customer service or delivery. I have tried the night shred, innospresso burn and now trying the Inno glow. Most of the flavors are good and l love that they have clean ingredients. Absolutely love the products and company.
